Includes: • Quarterly review of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) • Profitability and expense analysis • Pricing and revenue guidance • Cash flow optimization recommendations • Tax-readiness check • Strategic planning and goal-setting for next quarter • Email/Slack support for questions between sessions Duration / Service Details: • Quarterly 60–90 minute virtual meetings • Requires clients to provide monthly financial reports before review • Payment required prior to advisory session
